Hamachi

Being the first Japanese fish restaurant, it will surely surprise you with the best of the contemporary Japanese cuisine. Along with the well-known sushi, the menu will reveal to you the traditional miso soup, exotic salads, various shrimp meals, crab, crab legs, the astounding Coquilles Saint Jacques, the prominent Japanese Tempura and various kinds of fresh fish. In HAMACHI standard soft drinks are not offered, only the ones that are prepared inside the restaurant: Malinade (fresh raspberry juice with mint), Lemonade (fresh lime juice with honey), ice tea.

In HAMACHI the menu is completed by an excellent selection of wines, served in RIEDEL glasses (the highest-rated and most expensive brand in the world). The food is served in English porcelain with Eastern motives.

The entrance of the restaurant is shaded by a pergola, constructed in typical Japanese garden style. The decoration is a sophisticated combination of birch branches and bunches of flowers. Entering the restaurant, the guest finds himself in a hall of high chairs with a Sushi Chef preparing Japanese specialties and Sushi at the bottom of the hall. The interior design is created by the designer Yassen Panov and it focuses on classical clear lines, highlighted by the accents in the decorative illumination. The second hall is the winter garden of the restaurant. It will take your breath with its unique ambiance of Eastern spirit, created by a transparent roof gently introducing light in, a Japanese garden in the middle, grown around a real living tree and by the impressive lighting solution. HAMACHI has also got a smaller hall with a traditional Japanese table and seating around it on the floor for about 8-10 people.
